About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven and strategic Team Leader to head our Client’s Sales Division under the Business Development department. The ideal candidate brings a strong sales background experience in the energy sector is a must and a natural ability to lead, coach and close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and supervise the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Design and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Maintain strong client relationships and oversee account management
- Generate reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales (energy sector preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
