About the Role:

We’re seeking a driven and strategic Team Leader to head our Client’s Sales Division under the Business Development department. The ideal candidate brings a strong sales background experience in the energy sector is a must and a natural ability to lead, coach and close.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor and supervise the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  2. Design and implement effective sales strategies
  3. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  4. Maintain strong client relationships and oversee account management
  5. Generate reports, forecasts, and performance analysis


Requirements:

  1. Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing or a related field
  2. Proven experience in B2B sales (energy sector preferred)
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills
  4. Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
